1. Our Commitment

Storefront Labs, LLC (“Storefront”) is committed to providing digital experiences that are accessible and usable for people with disabilities.

We work to improve accessibility across our websites, Business Manager application, customer-facing experiences, dashboards, documentation, support materials, and related digital services.

Continuous improvement. Accessibility is an ongoing process. We review and improve our products as technology, standards, customer needs, and legal requirements evolve.

2. Scope

This Accessibility Statement applies to Storefront-controlled:

Some connected devices, third-party platforms, embedded content, integrations, and customer-controlled implementations may have different accessibility characteristics.

3. Accessibility Standards

Storefront aims to design and improve its digital services with reference to generally recognized accessibility principles and, where reasonably applicable, the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (“WCAG”) Level AA.

Accessibility standards, testing methods, and technical requirements may vary depending on the product, platform, device, operating system, browser, assistive technology, content type, and jurisdiction.

This statement does not represent that every page, feature, integration, document, device, or third-party component fully conforms to every technical accessibility criterion at all times.

4. Design and Development Practices

Storefront may use practices such as:

5. Assistive Technology and Compatibility

Storefront does not control the accessibility of independent third-party platforms, content, interfaces, policies, or technologies. Accessibility concerns involving a third-party service may need to be addressed directly with that provider.

8. Connected Devices and Hardware

Storefront products may include connected signs, cameras, microphones, sensors, NFC, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, mobile-device controls, and other physical or digital interfaces.

Accessibility may depend on installation, height, placement, reach range, lighting, visibility, audio volume, tactile controls, mobile-device compatibility, customer configuration, and the physical environment.
