2. AI Features
Storefront may use AI to generate summaries, recommendations, estimated opening times, customer messaging suggestions, automation, analytics, and other productivity features.
3. Human Oversight
Customers remain responsible for reviewing AI-generated outputs before relying on or publishing them. Storefront recommends human review for operational, financial, legal, employment, and customer-facing decisions.

- Do not rely on AI for emergency or safety-critical decisions.
- Avoid submitting information you are not authorized to share.
- Comply with applicable laws and internal policies.
6. Third-Party AI Providers
Storefront uses AI technology provided by Anthropic. Storefront does not currently use internally developed AI models.
7. Privacy and Data Handling
AI-related processing is governed by the Storefront Privacy Policy, Terms of Use, and applicable Orders. Storefront uses commercially reasonable safeguards for AI-enabled services but does not guarantee that AI processing is error-free.
8. Bias and Fairness
Storefront works to reduce unfair bias where practical but cannot guarantee that AI outputs will be unbiased or appropriate in every circumstance. Customers should independently validate important results.
9. Security
Storefront evaluates AI integrations using commercially reasonable security practices and may modify, replace, or disable AI providers as technology, security, regulations, or operational requirements evolve.
10. Changes
Storefront may update this policy prospectively as AI technologies and legal requirements evolve.
