Storefront Labs builds tools that help local businesses keep their storefront information accurate and easy to find. This page covers what our products are, how to reach us, and how to manage or delete your account.
Our Products
Storefront Business Manager (iOS and Android). The app for business owners. Manage your business hours and open or closed status, locations, plan and billing, and connected Storefront signs.
Places (iOS and Android). The app for everyone. Discover nearby businesses, view published details and hours, and save your favorite places to your account.
Storefront signs. Connected in-window displays that show your live open or closed status. Signs are paired and managed from the Storefront Business Manager app.

Email us at hello@storefrontworks.com. To help us resolve your issue quickly, please include:
- Which app you are using (Storefront Business Manager or Places) and whether you are on iOS or Android
- The email or phone number on your account
- What you were trying to do and what happened instead
We typically respond within 2 business days.
Privacy questions and data requests go to the same address.
Billing and Subscriptions
Storefront Business Manager subscriptions are billed through Stripe. We never see or store your card number. For questions about your plan, a charge, or a receipt, email hello@storefrontworks.com from the email on your account and include the approximate charge date.
Sign Setup
Storefront signs are set up from the Business Manager app over Bluetooth, which connects the sign to your own Wi-Fi network. If a sign will not pair or shows as offline, check that it is powered on and within range, then contact support with the sign's pairing code or device name.
Account Deletion
You can delete your account and its data at any time.
In the app: open your account or profile settings in the app and choose Delete Account where available. If you do not see the option, your app version does not include it yet — use the request path below.
By request: email hello@storefrontworks.com from the email address on your account (phone-only accounts: tell us the phone number and we will verify control of it) with the subject "Account deletion request", or visit https://www.storefrontworks.com/legal/account-deletion.html.
Deleting your account removes your user record, favorites, feedback submissions, and business memberships, signs you out everywhere by revoking your sessions, and deactivates any API keys on the account. See the account deletion page for details on timing and processing.
